Any person desirous of placement abroad, can register himself/herself by
clicking at *'Post Your Resume*' on the above mentioned website. Such
applicants shall send attested copies of documents / testimonials regarding
age, educational qualification, experience and passport etc. in support of
the details furnished by them in the office of the Bureau. Those applicants,
who do not have on-line facilities, can get themselves registered by,
visiting the District Employment Exchange along with original certificates.
The registration of an applicant shall be validated after verification of
the documents and only if all the columns marked with star are duly filled
in and are complete.

As the Bureau has a vast pool of competent candidates specialized in
different fields, all those parties having contacts with the employers
abroad and are interested in getting the services of Overseas Placement
Bureau for the supply of manpower to those employers through the legal
sources can contact the bureau.

As the bureau has a vast pool of competent candidates specialized in
different fields, the employers from any country eligible for employing
Indian Residents, can directly contact us for filling up their vacancies
after going through the proper procedure as laid down in India(i.e.
providing the Demand letter, Power of attorney, Employment contract). The
formats of these documents are available at the '*Download Form'* option on
this website. The employers are required to send these documents on their
company's letter pad with the common seal of the company

Haryana Overseas Placement Assistance Society (HOPAS), with its registered
office at SCO 6, Sec-5, Adjoining K.C Cinema, Panchkula, has been promoted
by Govt. of Haryana with the prime objective of assisting the youth of the
State in the matter of overseas employment. The Society is registered under
the Societies Registration Act 1860 and has obtained the Certificate of
Registration as Recruiting Agent under Emigration Act, 1983 for overseas
placement. The Society has set up an Overseas Placement Bureau and has
commenced registration of applicants for this purpose.
